Stayed at Charles' and Rolo's (canine companion at right) last night. He, along with Michael and Mac, stood up in our wedding 35 years ago this fall. Good to have some time with him again. We caught up, took a beach walk, made a delivery to his kitchen wares store (Toque Blanche, http://mytoque.com/), took in a tour of Half Moon Bay, stretched out a home cooked Mexican dinner for hours and got up for a gym workout the next morning. Rained most of the time, but balmy warm. A most pleasant visit. Charles made me feel right at home.
